These Terms of Service govern your use of xvn.app, a site operated by XVN Web Services ("we", "us", "our") that showcases a live "deploy manifest" of our public products and a related activity feed. By browsing this site or using its public API, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of this site

xvn.app is a portfolio and deploy-log for XVN Web Services' own products. It lists our live projects, their status, and a rolling feed of deploy-related events. It does not offer public account registration, and it is not itself a hosted service you subscribe to — it exists to showcase our work.

2. Use of the public API

The /api/projects.php and /api/events.php endpoints are provided as read-only data sources for this site's own homepage. You may query them for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not use automated tooling to scrape them at a volume that degrades service for other visitors, and may not misrepresent the data they return as your own. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block requests that we reasonably consider abusive.

3. Intellectual property

All content on xvn.app — including text, design, source layout, and the project/activity data returned by the public API — belongs to XVN Web Services unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute it as your own without permission.

4. No warranty on displayed information

The manifest grid and activity feed are best-effort operational status indicators for our own products, updated as we ship changes. We do not warrant that this information is always complete, accurate, or up to the minute, and it should not be relied on as a guarantee of any linked product's current status or availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XVN Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information displayed on it.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
